May 8-12

This past week Tara was able to substitute in the 3rd grade class. The normal teacher left for furlough to Canada on April 29th so they had 3 different subs for the rest of the year. Tara was kind of nervous before the week because she has not subbed a full day ever before. She ended up really enjoying the week. It was very encouraging for her because she got a lot of compliments about how she did. She was told by one parent that she would make a very good teacher and that she looked very natural. During the week, she also realized that she really enjoys the Korean students. There are 4 Korean students in that class.
